(441)     Leases Dowers Joynters Issues Rents and from all Incumberances
             whatsoever have made Committed or done by the said Michael and Margaret or
             any other person or persons whatsoever (The Rents and Services from hence
             fourth growing due and payable to the Chief Lord or Lords of the fee or fees only
             excepted and foreprized) And further they the said Michael and Margaret their
             Heirs and Assigns shall and will at all times forever and hereafter at the
             reasonable request and at the proper Cost and Charges in the Law of them the
             said Charles and Daniell their heirs and Assigns and he doe Acknowledge
             Execute and Suffer or Cause to be made and done Acknowledged Executed
             and Suffered all and every such farther and other reasonable Act and
             Acts thing and things device and Devices Conveyance & Conveyances
             Requisite in the Law for the farther better and more perfect Securing
             and making over the aforsaid Tracts and Parcells of Land ^Lotts^ and part of a Lott
             and premisses with the Appurtenances to the Said Charles and Daniell their
             heirs and Assigns forever Be it by fine or fines deed or deed intented and inroled the
             Inrolement of this present feofment or by any Lawfull ways or means
             whatsoever as by the said Charles and Daniel their heirs and Assignes or
             their Councill Learned in the Law shall be reasonably devised Advised or
             required And that the said farther and other Assurance hereafter to be
             made of the said Tracts and parcells of Land Lotts and part of a Lott
             and premisses by and between any of the partys above mentioned or
             included by these presents Shall be and Enure and shall be Construed
             deemed & Adjudged to be and Enure to the only proper use benefit
             Advantage and behoof ^of^ the said Charles and Daniel their Heirs and
             Assignes for ever and to no other use ^intent^ [illegible] or purpose whatsoever
             Provided Never the less and it is the true Intent and meaning of
             these presents that if the said Michael Macnemara and Marg.t or Either of them
