(440)    Lot of Ground Numbered 62 All that Lott of Ground Nu^m^bered 63
             all which Lotts and part of a Lott lying scituate and being in the
             City of Annapolis Numbered According platt and survey of
             the said City made the Twenty fifth day of July Anno Domini One
             thousand seven hundered and Eighteen By James Stoddart surveyor
             Especially appointed by Act of Assembly Together with all the
             Edifices Building Yards Gardings Pastures timber and Timber
             Trees Woods underwoods and Appurtenances whatsoever to the said
             Tracts and parcells of Land Lotts and part of a Lott and premisses or
             any part thereof Belonging To have and to hold the said
             Tract and parcells of Land Lotts and part of a Lott and premisses to the
             only proper Use ^and^ behoof of the said Charles Carroll and Daniel Carroll
             their Heirs and Assigns forever to and for no other Use intent
             and purpose whatsoever And the said Michael and Margaret for
             themselves their Heirs Executors and Administrators do hereby Covenant
             Grant and Agree to and with the said Charles and Daniel their heirs and
             Assigns that the Aforsaid Tracts and parcells of Land Lotts and part of a
             Lott and Premisses hereby Granted to the said Charles Carroll and
             Daniel Carroll their Heirs and Assigns to and for their and their
             Heirs and Assigns proper use and Behoof Against them the said
             Michael Macnemara and Margaret Macnemara their heirs and
             Assignes and for and against all and every person or persons Whatsoever
             shall & Will Warrant and forever hereafter defend by
             those presents And the said Michael and Margret for themselves their
             Heirs Executors and Administrators do also Covenant Grant and Agree to and
             with the said Charles and Daniel their heirs and Assigns that the said
             Michael and Margret have in themselves full power and Lawfull
             Authority to give Grant bargain and Sell Enfeoffe release Alien and
             Confirm the aforesaid Tracts and parcells of Land Lotts and part of a Lott
             and premisses with the Appurtenances to the said Charles and Daniel
             their heirs and Assigns forever as aforsaid And that the said Charles and Daniel their
             heirs and Assigns shall and may peaceably and quietly from henceforth and
             forever hereafter have hold use Occupy possess and Enjoy the aforsaid Tracts
             and parcells of Land Lotts and part of a Lott and premisses with the
             Apurtenances without any let suit Trouble disturbance or Interuption of them
             the said Michael and Marg.t or any other person or persons whatsoever and
             that the said tracts and parceles of land Lotts and part of a Lot and
             premisses hereby Granted to the said Charles and Daniel their heirs and
             Assignes shall from henceforth and for Ever hereafter be and remain free
             and Clear or otherwise freely and Clearly Acquitted and saved harmless
             from all manner of former and other bargaines Sales Gifts Grants
