the receipt whereof he acknowledgeth by these presents Doth Clearly & Absolutely Grant Bargain and Sell unto the said Will Dare and his heirs & assigns for Ever all that Two hundred Acres of Land Lying & being in Cecill County on the Norward side of a River Called Elk River being a Neck of Land Lying between a Creek Called Fishing Creek on the East side thereof & a ^creek called^ Muddy Creek on the West side thereof being the Next Neck of Land below the now Dwelling plantation of the said William Dare & Lately purchased of him according to the Bounds thereof Mencond on the Records of Cecill County And all Buildings fields or Improvements, Trees, Woods, & Underwoods & previledges thereunto belonging And all the Reversions & Remainder Estate & Intrest of the said John Watmore of and in all and singular the premisses with all & Every there incidents & all ^Evidences and writeings^ Evidences of & ^or^ Concerning the said Land and Premisses To have and to hold the said Land and Premisses and all its appurtenances thereunto belonging unto the said William Dare his heirs & assigns for Ever to the Only Use & Behoof of the said William Dare his heirs & assigns for Ever In Witness whereof the said Jn.o Watmore have hereunto set his hand and seale y.e Day and year above Written Signd Sealed & Delivd y.e mask of Jn.o Watmore seale In the present of us J Jones Math V Hogdon On the Back of the aforegoing Conveyance was thus Endorst vizt Acknowledged in Open Court by Mr George Oldfield Entred upon Record In Lib.r B folio 10:11 p Charles Bass Clk Court Cecill (Recorded this 30.th of June 1730) |
