(403)    And Expressed And Wee do hereby further for a Compensation
             Salary and Encouragement to the said Mathew
             Tilgman Ward for the punctuall sincere and faithfull
             performance of the powers and authorities hereby
             Granted him and in Consideration of the pains Labour
             and Trouble he shall take in the due execution thereof
             authorise Direct and impower him to take receive and
             Retain to and for his own use out of all such Moneys
             Tobaccoes or other effects as shall be Received on any 
             of the accounts aforesaid (Except out of such Moneys or
             Bills of Exchange as shall arise out of the duly ariseing by
             the exportation of Tobacco or by Tunnage of shipps
             The sume of Ten pounds in the Hundred And so prorato
             for a Greater or Lesser Quantity And for Receiveing
             and Remitting the Duties ariseing by the exportation
             of Tobacco and Tunnage on shipps the sume of One
             Hundred pounds sterling yearly And we do hereby
             Revoke Annull and make void all former and other
             Commissions powers and authorities touching y.e premises
             by us or our authority heretofore Granted to any
             other person or persons whatever And this our Commission
             And the powers herein Granted is to Continue in force
             Dureing Our Pleasure and no Longer Given under
             our hand and seale this Thirtieth day of January
             in the Year of Our Lord One Thousand seven hundred
             and Twenty Nine
