(404)    Now Master of the Good ship called the Anna Maria to
             Be my true and Lawfull Attorney irrevocable for me &
             in my name place and stead And to and for my use to
             Aske Demand Sue for Recover and Receive of and from
             all and every Manner of person and persons whomsoever
             their or any of their Heirs ^heirs^ Executors or Administrators
             whom it doth or may concern All and singular such sum
             and sums of Money whatsoever now due or ^and^ Owing to me
             from any Manner of person or persons their or any of
             their heirs Executors or Administrators or which at any
             time or times as hereafter shall or may be due and
             owing to me Either by Bill Bond Book Account or otherwise
             howsoever And Also to Ask Demand sue for Recover
             and Receive of and from all ^and all^ Manner of ^person and^ persons whomesoever
             whom it Doth or may Concern their heirs Executors
             or Administrators all and singular such Goods wares
             Merchandizes Cattles and Effects whatsoever unto me
             Belonging and which I have any right or title to And
             in whose hands Power Custody & keeping the same is are
             or may be and wheresoever Lying and being Giving
             and hereby Granting unto my said attorney my full &
             whole power in the premisses and to Recover & receive
             all & singular the sum and sums of Money Debts wares
             Goods and Effects aforesaid and upon Non Payment
             thereof or any part thereof all such person and persons
             whom it may Concern and where Need shall require their
             Executors & Administrators and Goods to sue Arrest
             attach seize imprison prosecute and Condemn and to
             compound and agree and out of prison to release &
             Discharge and upon payment & receipt of the said
             premisses sum & sums of Money Debts and Effects or
             any part thereof acquittances Releases or any other
             Discharges for me & in my Name to make seale & Deliver
             and one attorney or more to substitute and at pleasure
             to Revoke and Generally to Act and do all other Acts
             Matters and things whatsoever in Court or Out of Court
             Needfull and Necessary to be done in and about and touching
             the premisses aforesaid as fully & efectually to all
             Intents and Purposes as I my selfe might or Could do if
             I were personally present Rattifying and allowing
