(391) x.d This Indenture made the Thirtyeth day of May Anno Domini One Thousand seven hundred & Thirty Between Peasly Ingram of Ann Arundell County Gentleman of the one part And William Worthington of the same County Gentleman of the other part Witnesseth that the said Peasly Ingram for & in Consideration of the sume of Forty said William Worthington the Receipt whereof the said Peasly Ingram doth hereby acknowledge Hath Given Granted Bargained Sold Aliened Enfeoffed Confirmed and made Over as by these presents he the said Peasly Ingram Doth for himselfe & his heirs Give Grant Bargain Sell Alien Enfeoff Confirm and make over unto him the said William Worthington his heirs and assignes for ever all the three severall Tracts of Land hereafter Mencond viz.t a Tract of Land Called by the name of Dansons Chance Lying on the south side of Magoty River and on the North side of a Creek called Deep Creek containing sixty four acres as also one other parcell of Land being part of a Tract of Land called the Foothold scituate Lying & being in Ann Arundell County containing sixty seven Acres and a half As also one other parcell of Land being part of a Tract of Land called Brushy Neck Bottom containing one hundred & nineteen acres Together with all and singular the Improvements Conveniencies & advantages to the same three Tracts or parcells of Land or any of them belonging or in any manner of way appertaining To have and to hold the aforesaid Three Tracts or parcells of Land and Premisses with the appurtenances thereunto belonging unto him the said William Worthington his heirs & assignes for ever To the only proper use & Behoofe of him the said William Worthington his heirs and assignes and to no other use Intent or purpose whatsoever And the said Peasly Ingram Doth for himselfe his heirs Executors and Administrators Covenant promise grant and agree to and with the said William Worthington his heirs and assignes that he the said Peasly & his Heirs the aforesaid Three Tracts or Parcells of Land and premisses aforesaid from and against the said Peasly Ingram & his heirs as also against all & every other person or persons whatsoever shall and will (at) |
