Parcell of Land Called Homewoods Range Containing One hundred and Fifty Acres A Tract or Parcell of Land Called Homewood Containing One hundred and Forty Acres a Tract or Parcell of Land Called the Complement Containing One Hundred Acres of Land a Tract or Parcell of Land called the Cornfield Creek plain Containing One Hundred Acres a tract or parcell of Land Called Homewoods Addition Containing one hundred & fifty acres A Tract or parcell of Land called Homewoods Towne containing six hundred and Thirty five Acres a Tract or Parcell of Land Called Ornoaks Containing One hundred & Ninety Acres a Tract or Parcell of Land Called Homewoods Forrest Containing one hundred acres a Tract or Parcell of Land called Mosses Purchase containing one hundred acres a Tract or Parcell of Land called the Outlett containing sixty two acres a Tract or Parcell of Land called Clarkstone containing one hundred acres as also all other the Lands lying and being on the North side of Maggotty River in Ann Arundell County where to the said Thomas Homewood Hath any right Title or Intrest By the Last will & Testament of his Father James Homewood Late of Ann Arundell County Gent Deceased Bearing date The Twelfth day of November seventeen Hundred (Let the same ^severall^ Tracts or parcells of Land Contain what Quantity of Acres soever they will) as by the same Will Referance being thereunto had may more fully and at Large appear or his heir at Law of his Brother James Homewood Deceased Together with all Houses Outhouses Gardens Orchards Fences Improvements Conveniencyes and Advantages and all manner of appurtenances to the same severall Tracts or Parcells of Land or any of them belonging or in any wise appertaining To have and To hold the aforesaid severall Tracts or Parcells of Land and Premisses aforesaid with the appurtenances thereunto belonging unto unto him the said William Worthington his heirs and assignes for ever To the only proper use and Behoofe of him the said William Worthington his heirs and assignes for Ever And to no other use Intent or Purpose whatsoever and the said Thomas Homewood Doth for himselfe his heirs (Executors) |
