(389)   Executors and Administrators Covenant promise Grant
             and Agree to and with the said William Worthington
             his Heirs and Assignes That he the said Thomas
             Homewood and his Heirs the aforesaid Tract or
             Parcell of Land Called Homewoods Range Containing
             Three Hundred Acres and the afores.d Tract or Parcell
             of ^Land^ called the Dividing Points Containing One hundred
             acres And the premisses & appurtenances of the
             aforesaid Two Tracts of Land against him the said
             Thomas Homewood and his heirs as alsoe against
             all Manner of other person or persons whatsoever
             will well and Truly Warrant & for ever hereafter
             Defend, And further the said Thomas Homewood
             Doth for himselfe his Heirs Executors and Administrators
             Covenant promise Grant and Agree to and with
             the said William Worthington his Heirs and Assignes
             That he the said Thomas Homewood and his Heirs
             The aforesaid severall Tracts or parcells of Land
             with the premisses afd (Excepting the aforesaid
             Land Called Homewoods Range containing three Hundred
             acres And the aforesaid Land Called the Dividing
             point containing one hundred acres) and all other
             the Lands which he the said Thomas Homewood hath
             any Right Title or Intrest in as heir at Law of his
             Brother as aforesaid And all other the Lands Lying
             and being on the North side of Maggotty River in
             Ann Arundell County which he the said Thomas
             Homewood hath any right Title or Intrest in by the
             Last Will & Testament of his Father James Homewood
             Deceased as aforesaid against him the said Thomas
             Homewood and his heirs as alsoe against all
             Manner of persons Lawfully Claiming or to Claim
             from by or under him for ever hereafter shall and
             Will Warrant and Defend And further the said
             Thomas Homewood Doth for himselfe and his heirs
             Covenant promise Grant and Agree to and with y.e
             said William Worthington his heirs and Assignes
             that he the said Thomas Homewood & his heirs shall
             and will from time to time and at all times hereafter
             at the Reasonable Request & at y.e Cost & Charge
