(378)     that Province and to Keep an Exact Req.r of all their Act Proceedings
             and Orders and to Do and perform all other Acts usually Done by
             the former Secretary of the Province afd and we do hereby further
             Impower you or your said Deputy to take to your selves the
             advantage of Granting Ordinary Lycence in the said Province w.ch
             did heretofore belong to the said Office of Secretary And to receive
             all such other Perquisites fees and Advantages whatsoever to the
             said Office of Secretary belonging or in any wise Appertaining in as full
             and Ample Manner as any person or persons heretofore have hold
             or Enjoyed the same ^and we do hereby repeal make null and void all for ever Commission for the said office^ Given under our hand and seale at Armes
             this thirtieth day of January in the year of our Lord One thousand
             seven hundred and Twenty Nine

                               the  Office of Secretary of the s.d Province Joyntly or by our suff.t
                               Deputie and authorizeing and Impowering us or our said Deputy
                               to be present at all Meetings of the Governour and Council and of
                               the assembly in that Province and to Keep an Exact Register
                               of all their Acts proceedings and orders and to Doe and performe
                               all Other Acts usually done by the former Secretaries there &
                               to to take to our selves the Advantage of Granting ordinary
                               Lycences within the said Province and to Receive all such
                               perquisites Fees and Advantages whatsoever to the s.d Office
                               of Secretary belonging or in any wise appertaining in as full and
                               Ample Manner as any person or persons heretofore have held
