(376) Nevertheless herein after mencond and to the
end and purpose that an Ejectment may be brought against the Tennant in Possession of the said Lands in the Name of the said Daniel Carroll as Lessor of the Plantiff in the said Ejectment And upon trust that as soon as the s.d Daniell Carroll shall Recover in the said Ejectm.t and get possession of the said lands by Virtue thereof he the said Daniel Carroll shall Deliver possession thereof and shall reconvey the same to the said Charles Carroll John Digges & Doct.r Charles Carroll or the Survivor of them or the Heirs of such survivor and shall execute any Deeds or Conveyance whatsoever touching or Concerning the said Lands to any person or persons when he shall be thereto required by the said Charles Carroll John Digges and Doctor Cha.s Carroll or the survivor of them or the heirs of such survivor to the intent that the said Charles Carroll Jn.o Digges and Doctor Charles Carroll or the survivor of them or the heirs of such survivor may have full right and power to sell or Dispose of the said Lands & Receive the purchase Money thereof for the due Execution of the trusts intents and purposses in the will of the said James Carroll deceased In Witness whereof the said Charles Carroll John Diggs & Doctor Charles Carroll have set their hands & seales to these presents the Day and year above Written Char.ls Carroll seale Signed Sealed and John Digges seale Delivered in the presence of Cha Carroll seale Mary Carroll Cha Daniell On the Back of the aforegoing Indenture was Endorst as follows vizt (Aprill) |
