(374)    sumes of Money Goods wares Merchandizes Effects Estates
            and things whatsoever which they or any of them now
            do or shall at any time or times hereafter owe or
            stand indebted or have or hath in their or any of their
            hands Custody or possession due owing or belonging or in
            any wise appertaining unto them the said Constituants
            whether by Bond Note Bill Book Debt Account Consignm.t
            or for or by what other reason or means soever Nothing
            Excepted nor reserved And to that end with all & every
            person or persons whom it shall or may Concern ^to Account &^ to
            View settle and adjust all accounts and the Ballance
            thereof to receive And upon Recoveries and receipts
            to give one or more acquittances or other sufficient
            Discharges in due form of Law Also (if need be) to appear
            before all Lords Judges and Justices in any Court
            or Courts there to Answer defend and Reply in all Matters
            and Causes touching or Concerning the Premisses
            To do say pursue implead seize sequester attach imprison
            and to condemn and out of prison again to deliver
            Also to Compound Conclude & Agree by Arbitration or
            otherwise as their said Attorney shall think fitt And
            Generally in the Premisses to fo perform & execute
            in as full and ample manner to all intents Constructions
            and Purposes as they the said Constituants
            might or could do if personally present And that altho
            the Cause should require more ample or especiall Power
            than is herein before particularly expressed with power
            to substitute one or more attornies under him with
            Like or Limmitted Power and the same again to revoke
            they the said Constituants hereby joyntly & severally
            promissing to Ratify Confirm and hold for good and
            Valid all and whatsoever their said attorney or his
            substitutes shall Lawfully do or cause to be done
            in or about the Premisses by Vertue of these presents
            Thus done and Passed in London aforesaid in the
            pressence of the underwritten Witnesses
