(361)    To a Bounded Spanish Oak upon a Hill by a pocoson
             then South East One hundred and Eighty perches then South
             West Two hundred perches to the first Line of the afd
             Land then with the said Line to the abovementioned
             Bounded Cheesnutt Containing Two hundred Twenty and
             five Acres Together with all and singular the premisses
             and appurtenances unto the same Moyety or parcell
             of Land or any part thereof belonging or in any wise
             appertaining To have and to hold the said Moiety or
             parcell of Land & every part thereof together with all
             and singular the premisses and appurtenances unto
             the same or any part thereof belonging unto them
             the said Phillip Hammond and Company their heirs
             and assignes for Ever To the only proper use and Behoofe
             of the said Phillip Hammond & Company their heirs &
             assignes for Ever And it is Covenanted Granted and
             Agreed by and Between the said Phillip Hammond and
             Company and the said Charles Dorsey that he the said
             Charles Dorsey and his heirs the said Land & premisses
             and Every part and parcell thereof hereby Bargained
             and sold or Intended so to be unto the said Phillip
             Hammond and Company their heirs and assignes
             against him the said Charles Dorsey and his heirs
             And from and Against all Manner of persons whatsoever
             shall & will Warrant and ^for Ever^ Defend by these
             presents And the said Charles Dorsey for himselfe
             and his heirs doth further Covenant grant & agree
             To and with the said Charles and his heirs shall and
             will at the reasonable request and at the Cost and
             Charges in the Law of the said Phillip Hammond
             and Company further doe or suffer to be done and
             acknowledged any other Lawfull Act or Acts thing
             or things Devise or Devises assurance or assurances
             whatsoever for the better suretie and further sure
             makeing of the said Land and premisses unto the
             said Phillip Hammond and Company their heirs &
             assignes for Ever as by them the said Phillip
             Hammond & Comp.a their heirs or assignes them or
             their Councill Learned in the Law shall be reasonably
             Devised Advised or required Provided
             Nevertheless that if the said Charles Dorsey his
