(360) Alienation shall not be paid to us and
our heirs or such Officer or Officers as aforesaid and the said Alienation entred upon Record Either in the provinciall Court or in the County Court where the same parcell of Land Lyeth within one Month next after such alienation the said Alienation shall be void & of no Effect Given under our Greater seal at Arms this thirteenth Day of Aprill in the year of Our Lord One Thousand seven hundred & Eight Witness Our selfe the Great C Baltemore Seal ineday appendant Recorded the 5.th day of November 1729 x.d This Indenture made this Twenty Sixth day of November Anno Domini seventeen hundred Twenty and Nine Between Charles Dorsey of Baltemore County Planter of the one part and Phillip Hammond and Company Merch.ts of the other part Witnesseth that the said Charles Dorsey for and in Consideration of the sume of Fifty Nine pounds fourteen shillings and Six pence sterling to him in hand paid at and before the Ensealing and Delivery of these presents y.e receipt Whereof he doth hereby acknowledge & himself To be fully sattisfied Contented and paid Hath Given Granted Bargained Sold Aliened Enfeoffed and Confirmed and by these presents doth fully and absolutely Give Grant Bargain Sell Aliene Enfeoff and Confirm unto the said Phillip Hammond & Comp.a their heirs and assignes for Ever all that one Moiety or half part of a Certain Tract of Land (Called Owens Adventure) bounded as follows Viz.t Begining at a Bounded Cheesnut on a Hill being the second Bounded Tree of the said Tracts of Land and Running thence North East Two hundred perches (To) |
