(362) heirs Executors or Administrators shall
and doe well & Truly pay or Cause to be paid unto the said Phillip Hammond and Company their heirs or assignes the full and just sume of fifty nine pounds fourteen shillings and six pence sterling Together with all Legall Intrest which shall arise upon the same at three severall payments to be made upon the first days of May which shall be in the years of Our Lord seventeen hundred and thirty Thirty one and Thirty Two, in Equal portions of the said principale sume and Intrest soe yearly regularly to be Computed then this Deed of Bargain & Sale to be void and of no Effects And the Land and Premisses therein Contained to be as in their former Estate any thing herein Contained to the Contrary notwithstanding In Witness whereof the Parties within Mentioned have hereunto sett their hands and affixed their seales the Day and Year first within Written his Charles D Dorsey seale Signd Sealed and mark D D in the presence Phillip Hammond seale of us John Carpenter Nathan Hamond On the Back of the Aforegoing Indenture was thus Endorsed Viz.t November 26 1729 Then Came the within mentioned Charles Dorsey before me the subscriber one of his Lordships Justices of the Provinciall Court and acknowledged the within instrument as his Act and Deed And the Land premisses therein contained To be the right & Estate of the Within Named Phillip Hammond and Comp.a their heirs and assignes for Ever Fees Charged According to the True Intent & Meaning of the same Deed so farr for And that the Act of Assembly in such Case made and provided the Year 1729 Taken & acknowledged before me the subscriber the day & year above Mentioned Benj.a Tasker (Recorded Nov.br y.e 26 1729) |
