     x.d   Charles Absolute Lord and proprietary of the
             Provinces of Maryland and Avalon Lord Baron of
             Baltemore &c  To all Our Bailiffs and Good people
             To whom these presents shall Come Know ye that of our
             speciall Grace we have pardoned unto Robert Lynch
             late of S.t Peters Parish in Talbott County shoemaker
             as a proper object of our Merch the suit of our peace
             and whatsoever appertaineth unto us for that
             the said Robert Lynch the sixth day of October
             in the year of Our Lord God One Thousand seven
             Hundred Twenty and Eight with force and arms to
             with with Gunns Swords and Staves the Mansion
             House of James Dickinson Gent at S.t Peters
             Parish aforesaid in the County aforesaid in the
             night Time to wit about the second hour before
             noon in the night of the same day the said James
             Dickenson in the same House in the peace of
             God and of us then being feloniously & Burglariously
             did Break and Enter with an Intent
