(355)     I do hereby further Certifie that the said Elizabeth Acknowledged
             the above according to the severall Words
             which are Interlined therein being according to the
             forme of the Act of Assembly V viz.t the words j without
             being Induced thereto by fears & threats of or
             Ill usage by her said husband or fear of his Displeasure

             Know all men by these presents that I Rich.d Normansell
             of Prince Georges County in the province of Maryland
             Gent for and in Consideration of Two Hundred pounds
             Sterling Money of Great Brittain to me in hand paid by
             Charles Drury of the aforesaid province and County Gent
             The recp.t whereof I hereby acknowledged and therewith
             To be fully Content and Sattisfied have in Open Markett
             sold assigned and set over into the said Charles Drury
             his heirs Executors Administrators and Assignes the
             Following Negroes Commonly Called Joyce, Cleanders, Benn
             Moll old Jenny, Charles, Amphilius To Dick young Jenny
             and Peter, with their Inercase for Ever as also all
             my right Title and Intrest in Corn Tobacco and Stock
             of all sorts now in my possession with all the House hold
             furniture on the plantation whereon I now Live commonly
             Called by the Name of Henry or Harrys Lott
             scituated and Lying in the County aforesaid or any
             where else in the province or County afd To have &
             To hold the above mentioned premisses to him his
             heirs Executors Administrators & Assignes as their own
             proper Goods and Chattles to his and their own proper
             use & uses for Ever freely and Clearly without any
             Molestation or Incumbrance from me my heirs Ex.rs
             Administrators or Assignes further I promise and
             agree to and with the said Charles Drury by these
             presents to Warrant and Defend the abovesaid and
                                                                (Bargained)
