(345)   Aprill 14.th 1729   Then Came before me the subscriber one of his
                                        Lordships Justices of the Provinciall Courts the
                                  above Clement Brooke and Edward Swann the
                                Two subscribing Evidences to this Instrument ^of writeing^ and
                             Did severally make oath upon the Holy Evanglists
             of Almighty God that the did see Micajah Perry
             and Phillip Perry seale and Deliver this Instrument
             of Writing as their Act and Deed

       x.d Maryland fs   Know all men by these presents that we
                               Alexander Frazer John Beale & William
                            Cumming of the City of Annapolis Esq.rs are
                         Held and firmly Bound unto John Lawson of
                      the said City ^place^ Gent in the sume of five hundred
                  Pounds sterling to be paid unto the said Jn.o Lawson
             His Certain Attorney Executors Administrators or assigns
             To the which payment well & truly to be made we bind
             Our selves our Heirs Executors and Administrators
             Joyntly & severally firmly by these presents sealed
             with our seales and Dated this Eighth day of July
             Anno Dom 1729


                Whereas severall misunderstandings Disquiets and
             uneasinesses have unhappily arisen and happened Between
             the above Bounded Alexander Frazier and his Wife Allison
             which hath rendred their Cohabitation so unpleasant
             to both for some time past that the said Alexander
             Frazer and Alison in order to avoid the Like uneasiness
             for the future have Covenanted to Live seperatly &
             the said Alison to Live in Great Brittain and that for
             that purpose the said Allison Agrees To Depart this
             province for Great Brittain the very first oppertunity
             of shipping the said Alexander paying six pounds sterling
             for her passage and to pay her selfe or order the following
             Sums viz.t six pounds sterling Twenty Days after he
             arivall in Great Brittain and also the further sume six
             pounds sterling six months after such arrival ^of her the said Allison^ in great
