(344) things Requisite and Necessary in the Premisses
and To Give possession and seizin of the premisses so to be Bargained in such manner as is usual and according as the Law or Custom of the Province shall Direct and Appoint but in Case of refusal or Delay by any person or persons whom it shall or may Concern to make and Render Just and true Accounts Payment Delivery and sattisfaction in the Premisses him her or them thereunto to Compell by all Lawfull Waies and means whatsoever also if need be to appear before all Lords Judges and Justices in any Court or Courts there to answer Defend and Reply in all matters and Causes touching or Concerning the premisses to do say pursue seize sequester attach Imprison and Condemne & out of prison again to Deliver And Gennerally in and Concerning the premisses to do perform and execute all and whatsoever shall be requisite and necessary as fully amply and effectually to all Intents Constructions and purposes as they the said Constituants in the Quality aforesaid or in their own Rights seperately might or could do if personally Present, And that altho the Cause should require more Especiall or ample power than is herein before particularly exprest with power to substitute one or more attorneys under him with like or Limitted power and the same again to Revoke they the said Constituants hereby promising to Ratify Confirm and hold for Good and Valid all and whatsoever their said attorney or his substitutes shall Lawfully do or Cause to be done in or about the premisses by virtue of these presents This done and passed in London aforesaid in the presence of the underwritten Witnesses Sealed and Delivered (Being Micajah Perry seale first Duly stampt) in the Phillip Perry seale presence of Quod Attestor Rogatus Clem.t Brooke Ja.bus Dunnidge Not.s Pub.lus Edward Swann |
