(343)    Booke Debt Account Consignment Principall Money Change
             Rechange Costs Damages and Intrests on any protested
             Bill or Bills of Exchange or by Contract Agreement
             Decree Sentance Judgment Extent Execution or for or by
             any other Waies Reasons or Means soever Nothing
             in Law or Equity Excepted or Reserved Upon Recoveries
             and Receipts to give one or more acquittances or other
             sufficient Discharges in Due form of Law And the
             said constituants do hereby further authorize and impower
             their said attorney to grant Bargain Sell Alien Enfeoffe and
             Confirm all & Every or any of the Houses plantations
             Slaves Negroes Lands Tenements and Hereditaments
             with their and Every of their appurtenances scituate
             Lying and being in the province of Maryland aforesaid
             and belonging or in any wise appertaining to them
             the said constituants in the quality aforesaid or to the
             said Micajah Perry Esq.r in particular whether as being
             Heir of the said Micajah Perry his Grandfather deceased
             or eldest son and Heir of his Father M.r Rich.d Perry
             Late of London Merchant deceased or to them the said
             Constituants severally in their own Right and that to
             such person or persons and at and for such rates and
             prices as their said attorney shall think fitt & to receive
             the produce or proceeds thereof and to give acquittances
             and Discharges for the same also to Recover and receive
             of and from all and every person or persons whom it shall
             or may concern all and every such sum & sums of money
             due owing Belonging or in any wise appertaining whether
             for Rents or arrears of Rent Due or to grow due
             for or upon account of the premisses or any part or
             parcell thereof also to eject and turn out of and
             from the said Estate or Estates any person or persons
             who shall or may oppose them the said constituants or their
             attorney in the premisses and to call to account all and
             every person or persons therein concerned touching the
             Rents Issues and proffits of the said Houses plantations
             Lands Tennements and Hereditaments or any part thereof
             and to Demand Recover and Receive the same either Amicably
             or by due order and course of Law to and for the
             use of them the said Constituants in the quality aforesaid
             or otherwise together with all Costs Damages and
             Intrests or Other Moneys due thereon Nothing Excepted
             nor Reserved and to that End to sign seale pass & Execute
             in due form of Law all such Acts Deeds writings Matters &
