(342) x.d By this Publick Instrument of procuration or
             Letter of Attorney be it known & manifest unto all these
             who shall see these presents or hear the same Read
             that on the Twenty sixth day of the Month of Aprill
             Anno Dom 1728 and in the first year of the Reign of
             our Sovereign Lord George the second by the
             Grace of God of Great Brittain France and Ireland
             King Defender of the faith &c Before me
             James Dunnidge Notary and Tabellion publick
             Dwelling in London by Royall authority duley
             admitted and sworn and Witnesses personally
             appeared Micajah Perry Esq.r and M.r Phillip Perry
             of London Merchant Executors of the Last will and
             Testament of M.r Micajah Perry Late of the parish
             of S.t Katherine Cree Church London Merchant deceased
             which said appearers Declared to have made ordained
             constituted authorized and appointed and by these
             presents do make ordain constitute authorize and
             appoint M.r Samuel Chew of Heering Bay in y.e province
             of Maryland Merchant their true and Lawfull Attorney
             Giving and by these presents Granting unto their
             said attorney full power and Lawfull authority for
             them the said constituants in their names and to their
             use in the Quallity aforesaid to ask Demand Receive
             and Take out of the hands Custody or possession of
             M.rs Ariana Boardley Widow and Relict of Thomas Boardly
             Late of Annapolis in the province of Maryland aforesaid Esq.r
             Deceased her heirs Executors ^or^ Administrators all such Monies
             Effects Papers writings Vouchers Evidences & things whatsoever
             Belonging or appertaining to them the said constituants
             in the Quality aforesaid also to Ask Demand Leavy
             Sue for and by all Lawfull Waies and means Recover and
             Receive of and from all and every other person or persons
             of what Degree or Quality soever whom it shall or may
             Concern Inhabiting in y.e said province of Maryland
             all and every such sum and sums of Money Goods wares
             Merchandizes Effects Estate and things whatsoever Due
             or to Grow due Owing Belonging or in any wise appertaining
             to them the said constitutants in the Quallity
             aforesaid or ^to^ the Estate of the said Micajah Perry at
             the Time of his Decease whether by Bond Note Bill
