(341) x.d Maryland fs Know all men by these
presents that I James Peerman of Ann Arundell County for and in Consideration of the Good will I have and bear to Ann Jacks Daughter of Thomas Jacks of Ann Arundell County planter Have Given Granted and Confirmed and by these presents do Give Grant and Confirm unto the said Ann Jacks and to the Heirs of her Body Lawfully begotten one Lott of Land N.o 19 begining at a Marked post standing in the forke of the Eastern Branch of Potomack River Running thence North Twenty nine Degrees East eight perches then South forty seven Degrees East Twenty perches then north Twenty nine Degrees West eight perches then with a strait Line to the beginning post laid out for one acre of Land To have and to hold the aforesaid Lott of Land unto the said Ann Jacks & their heirs of her Body Lawfully begotten for ever and if the said Ann Jacks shall happen to dye without heirs then the said Lott of Land Defend to the next Heir of the said Thomas Jacks and so to remain in the family of the said Thomas Jacks for ever And I the said James Peerman do hereby put the said Anne Jacks into possession of the said Lott of Land by delivering unto her a peice of ^spanish^ silver weighing seven pence half penny and that I do hereby Warrant the same unto her and her heirs Lawfully Begotten as aforesaid against the Claimes of any person or persons whatsoever In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this fifteenth day of March Anno Dom 1728/9 Ja.s Peerman seale Sealed and Delivered in the presence of his Benjamin B Freeman marke Tho.s Worsley Recorded the 27.th July 1729 |
