                               of Maryland Esq.rs

                            These are to authorize and Impower you or
             Either of you for us and in our names to acknowledge
             the Within Deed according to Act of Assembly in
             that Case made and provided and for your so doing
             this shall be your sufficient Warrant Witness our
             hands and seales this seventeenth day of Decem.ber
             Anno Domini 1725

             Memorandum October y.e 17.th 1727 Then Came before
             me the subscriber one of his Lordships Justices of the
             Provinciall Court of Maryland a Certain Clement
             Brooke Jun.r who upon oath Declared ^he saw^ to be the within
             Deed signed sealed and Delivered by the within
             persons
                                                                   William Locke

             Aprill y.e 14.th 1729         Then came before me the subscriber
             One of his Lordships Justices of the Provinciall Court
             the above Andrew Senhouse one of the subscribing
             Evidences to this Instrument of writing and made
             Oath upon the Holy Evangilists of Almighty God
             that he did see the severall parties to this Deed seale
             and Deliver the same as their Act and Deed

             May y.e 24 1729 Then Came before me the subscriber one of his Lordships
             Provinciall Justices the above Phillemon Lloyd Esq.r one
             of the Attorneys above mentioned & did acknowledge y.e within
