             of his Lordships Justices of the provinciall Court of y.e province
             of Maryland the within Named John Sewell & acknowledg.d
             the within Land and premisses to be the right of the
             Within Named John Wamsley for & Dureing the
             time within Limmited according to the Act of Assembly
             in that Case made & provided

      x.d      Maryland fs   Know all men by these presents that
             I Peter Hume of London Town in Ann Arundell County
             Merchant am held and Firmly bound unto William Greenwood
             in the full and just sume of One Thousand pounds
             Sterling Money to be paid to the said Will Greenwood
             his Certain Attorney Ex.rs Adm.rs or assigns to which
             payment well & truly to be made and Done I bind
             me my heirs Ex.rs & Administrators firmly by these
             presents sealed with my seale and Dated this 19.th ^day of^ May
             Anno Domini 1729

                   The Condition of this Obligation is such that whereas the
             above named William Greenwood Master of the shipp called
             the Content whereof William Black of London Merchant is
             principall owner and Merchant by Agreement with the
             ship from the River of Thames in Great Brittain to
             Dublin in Ireland & from thence to the Madereas from
             thence to Barbados and from thence to proceed in his
             Voyage to this province and the said William Black
