(326) premisses with their appurtenances by from or
under him the said John Sewell for and During the whole Term aforesaid and in no other manner whatsoever will Warrant & Defend the premisses aforesaid by virtue of these presents in Witness whereof the partie first above Mentioned hath hereunto set his hands and affixed his seale the Day & year aforesaid his John I Sewell seale Signd Sealed & Delivered mark in presence of the words (his heirs & assignes) in the 13.th Line being Interlined before signing & sealing in the presence of William Ghiselin John Jones On the back of the aforegoing Indenture was thus Indorst viz.t May the 22.d 1728 Received of the within mentioned John Wamsley the Consideration Money within specified the Day and year aforesaid as Witness my hand his Test W Ghiselin John I Seawell mark May the 22.d 1728 Memorandum that on this day Came before me the subscriber one of his Lordships Justices of the provinciall Court of the province of Maryland the within mentioned John Seawell and Acknowledged the Within Land & premisses to be the right of the within Named John Wamsley for and Dureing the time therein Limited according to the Act of Assembly in such Cases (made) |
