(325) x.d Maryland fs.t This Indenture made the twenty
                                second day of May Anno Domini 1728 Between
                            John Seawell of Ann Arundell County in the
                        province of Maryland planter of the one
                   part and John Wamsley of the same County and
               Province planter of the other part Witnesseth that
             the said John Seawell for & in Consideration of the sume
             of Thirty six pounds Current Money of the province afd
             to him in hand paid or secured to be paid by the said
             John Wamsley the recp.t whereof he doth hereby acknowledge
             and thereof & of every part and parcell thereof doth
             hereby acquitt exonerate and Discharge the said John
             Wamsley his heirs executors administrators for Ever hath
             Granted set & to farm lett unto the said John Wamsley
             his heirs & assigns all that Tract or parcell of Land lying &
             being in Ann Arundell County Called Warners Neck Containing
             by estimation one hundred & twenty acres be the same
             more or less with all & singular the Houses Buildings plantations
             Cornfield Fences Woods Underwoods Pastures Orchards
             Gardens Water Ways Easments Comodities & Advantages
             to the same in any wise belonging or appertaining  
             To have and to hold the aforesaid Land & premisses
             with their and Every of their appurtenances to him the said
             John Wamsley his heirs & assignes to the sole proper use
             and Behoof of him the said John Wamsley his heirs &
             assignes from the day of the Date hereof for & during
             the Term of his the said John Sewells Naturall Life & to
             no other use intent or purpose whatsoever Yeilding and
             paying therefore yearly and every year to the said John
             Sewell upon the Feast of S.t Mich.ll y.e Ark Angell one
             pepper Corn if the same be Lawfully Demanded and the
             said John Seawell for himselfe his heirs Ex.rs Administrators
             Doth further Covenant promise Grant & Agree to & with
             the said John Wamsley his heirs and assignes that he
             the said John Sewell shall & will at all times hereafter
             Warrant & Defend to the said John Wamsley his heirs &
             assignes all the aforesaid Bargained premisses with y.e
             appurtenances from all persons Claiming or to Claim
             any right or title in or to the aforesaid Land and
