(323)    point beginning at a stake at the mouth of a narrow Gutt
             above M.r Curriers plantation and running ^up^ with north East
             River and binding therewith these several Courses viz.t
             South East & by South ten perches south Eighty Degrees
             East fifteen perches South East fifteen perches North Eighty
             Degrees East thirteen perches north ten perches East
             North East Twenty six perches to a Mark.t Chesnutt Tree
             thence North West & by North five hundred ^&^ seventy one
             perches to the head Lyne of the oridginall Tract thence South
             West & by West fifty seven perches till it Intersects a
             Line Drawn North West & by North from the begining
             and with that Lyne reverse to witt South East and by South
             Five hundred thirty four perches to the begining at the Mouth
             of the Gutt Containing & laid out for two hundred Acres of Land
             To have and to hold the said Tract or parcell of Land & premisses
             with all and every the appurtenances thereto belonging
             to the said Rob.t Johnson his heirs and assignes for Ever
             to the only proper use and Behoofe of him the said Robert
             his heirs & assignes for Ever to the only proper use and behoofe
             of him the said Robert his heirs and assignes & to no other
             use intent or purpose whatsoever and the said Peter Mazotine
             and Rebecca his Wife do hereby for themselves their heirs
             Executors Administrators & Every of them Covenant promise
             Grant and Agree to & with the said Rob.t Johnson his heirs
             and assigns for Ever that they the said Peter Mazotine and
             Rebecca his Wife their heirs Executors & Administrators
             and Every of them the said Tract or parcell of Land with all
             and Every of its appurtenances freely acquitted exonerated and
             Discharged of and from all former Gifts and Grants
             Bargains Sales Joyntures Dowries Titles of Dower Recognizances
             Judgments Executions Extents Wills Entails and of &
             from all manner of Incumbrances whatsoever unto him
             the said Rob.t Johnson his heirs and assigns against all persons
             whatsoever will well and truly Warrant and for Ever
             ^hereafter^ Defend and also that they the said Peter and Rebecca his
             Wife their heirs Executors and Administrators or Either
             of them shall & will att any time or times hereafter
             within the space of seven years upon the reasonable
             request of the said Robert his heirs or assignes butt att
             the proper Charges of them the said Peter Mazotine and
             Rebecca his Wife their heirs Executors and Administrators
             make do acknowledge suffer and Execute or Cause or procure
