the aforesaid Two Tracts of Land on any account or pretext whatsoever In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand & seale this twenty second Day of June Anno Domini 1728 Signed Sealed & Delivered Edward Ward seale in the presence of us Henry Hunter William Fish On the back of the aforegoing Indenture was thus Endors.t viz.t Memorandum that this 6.th day of December 1728 Came y.e within named Edward Ward before me one of his Lordships Justices of the provinciall Court and acknowledged the within Deed to be his Act and Deed and the premisses herein to be the right of the within named Benjamin Williams in Testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand the Day & year above Benj.a Tasker Recorded the 7.th May 1729 x.d This Indenture made the seventh day of May Anno Domini One Thousand seven hundred and Twenty nine between Peter Mazotine and Rebecca his Wife Lately Rebecca Ruley Executrix of the Last Will and Testament of Anthony Ruley of Ann Arundell County Deceased of the one part and Rob.t Johnson of the City of Annapolis Barber and peruke maker on the other part Witnesseth that the said Peter Mazotine and Rebecca his Wife for and in Consideration of the sume of Forty pounds sterling to them in hand paid or secure to be paid before the Ensealing and Delivery of these presents as also in Complyance with the said Anthony Ruly.s Last Will and Testament as upon Record doth more at Large appear Have Given Granted bargained sold aliened and confirmed and by these presents do give Grant Bargain Sell Alien and Confirme unto the said Robert Johnson his heirs and assignes for Ever a parcell of Land lying in Cecill County being part of a Tract of Land called sinequa (point) |
