(321)     And in Construction of the sume of three thousand pounds of
             Tobaccoe to me in hand paid by the said Benjamin Williams at &
             before the Ensealing & Delivery hereof the recp.t whereof I doe
             hereby acknowledge & thereof and of every part thereof do acquit
             Exonerate and Discharge the said Benjamin Williams his heirs
             &c have remised Released and Quitt Claimed and by these presents
             do remise release & for ever Quitt Claim unto the said Benjamin
             Williams his heirs Executors and Administrators all and all
             Manner of actions & suits cause & causes of actions and suites
             writings accompts controvercies and Demands whatsoever which
             I the said Edward Ward ever had or which I my heirs Executors
             Administrators or assignes or any of us for ever hereafter in
             time to Come Can or may have to for or against the said Benj.a
             Williams his heirs Executors Administrators or assignes for
             or by reason of any expression Covenant Condition & proviso
             in the aforesaid Indenture of Bargaine & sale conteyned &
             especially for or by reason of the aforesaid Condition of Warranty
             or for or by reason of any other matter cause or thing whatsoever
             from the begining of the World to this day And I the
             said Edward Ward do for my selfe my heirs Executors Adm.rs
             and assignes Covenant Grant & Agree to & with the said Benj.a
             Williams his heirs Executors and Administrators & Every
             of them by these presents that he the said Benj.a Williams
             his heirs Executors & Administrators shall from henceforth
             for Ever at all times by me the said Edward Ward my heirs
             Executors Administrators ^and assignes^ and Every of us be Indemnified
             Kept Discharged acquitted and saved harmless of and from
             all and all Manner of Costs Charges suites troubles and
             Expences & Damage whatsoever which may Can or shall
             fall upon or accrue to the said Benjamin Williams his
             heirs Executors or Administrators for or by reason of any
             suite action or trouble being brought prosecuted or given
             to the said Benjamin Williams his heirs Executors or Adm.rs
             by me the said Edward Ward my heirs Executors Administrators or
             assignes or any person or persons claiming or to claime by from
             or under me them or any them on any Covenant proviso or
             Condition in the aforesaid Indenture of Sale Contained
             But that I the said Edward Ward my heirs Executors Adm.rs
             and Assignes and Every of us shall be and hereby for Ever
             are Excluded and barred of and from bringing Commencing
             and prosecuting any suite or Action or having any Demand
             upon or against the said Benjamin Williams his heirs
