(310)    Husband gave up all her right and title of Dower and Acknowledged
             the within Menconed to be the Right of the said Dan.ll Maud and
             Sam.ll Hewit their heirs and assignes In Wittness whereof
             I have hereunto set my hand the day and year above Mentioned
             Recorded 27.th Nov.r 1728                                    Will.m Lock


       x.d Know all men by these presents that I Timothy Regan of Baltemore
             County Planter for and in Consideration of the Quantity
             of six hundred pounds of Good and Clean Tobacco to me in hand
             paid by Daniel Herne of Prince Georges County Planter
             Whereof I do hereby Acknowledge the receipt and my selfe
             therewith fully and Intirely satisfied have bargained sold
             sett over and Delivered and by these presents in plain and
             Open Markett according to the just form of Law in that case
             made and provided do bargain sett over and Deliver unto
             the said Daniel Herne Two Heffers Markes as follows one
             of which is rcd with a star in the forehead and the Tip
             of her Tayle white with a Crop in Each Ear and two slits
             also in Each Ear the other a Black Heffer with a Star in
             Her forehead and a White Belly the tip of her Tayle also
             white marked as the other on the Ears &c To have and
             to hold the said Bargained premisses unto the said Daniel Herne
             his Executors Administrators and Assignes to the only ^proper^ use and
             Behoof of him the said Daniel Herne his Executors Administrators
             and assignes for Ever & I the said Timothy Regan
             for my selfe my Executors and Administrators the said
             Bargained premisses unto the said Daniel Herne his
             heirs Executors Administrators and Assignes against all
             and all manner of persons shall and will Warrant and
             for Ever Defend by these presents in Witness whereof together
             with the delivery of the Bargained premisses I have
             hereunto sett my hand and seal the tenth day of November
             in 1723                                             his
