(311) Be it known unto all men whome it may Concern
that I Daniel Herne of Ann Arundell County do Assigne and make Over all my Right and Title to the within mentioned premisses unto John Regan & Timothy Regan Jun.r in Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my hand this tenth day of January in the Year of our Lord 1728 Daniel Herne Testatus Edward Tully John Nevill Recorded the Eighteenth day of January 1728 Fees posted so far for the year 1728 x.d This Indenture made the 11.th day of January Annoq Dom One Thousand seven hundred and twenty Eight between Rebecca Mazotin Executrix of the Last will and Testament of Anthony Ruley late of Ann Arundell Gentleman Deceased of the one part and Rob.t Johnson of the City of Annapolis Barber and Peruke Maker on the other part Witnesseth that by virtue of the Last will & Testament of the said Anthony Ruley aforesaid to her given doth by these presents for and in Consideration of the sume of Forty pounds sterling the receipt whereof or cautiond for the same she doth hereby acknowledge hath Given Granted Bargained Sold Alieaned Enclosed & Confirmed and by these presents doth give Grant bargain Sell Alien Enclose and Confirm unto the said Robert Johnson his heirs and assigns for ever a parcell of Land lying in Cecill County being part of a tract of called sinequa point begining at a stake at the mouth of a Narrow Gutt above Curriors plantation and running up with North East River & binding therewith these severall Courses viz.t South East by South ten perches South Eighty Degrees East fifteen perches north Eighty Degrees East thirteen perches North ten perches East North East Twenty six perches to a Marked Chesnut tree thence North West & by North five hundred and seventy one perches to the head Lyne of the Oridginall Tract then South West by West fifty seven perches till it Intersects a Lyne drawn North West by North from the beginning and with that Lyne reverse to wit South East by South five hundred thirty four perches to the begining at the mouth of the Gutt Containing and Laid out for Two hundred Acres of Land To have & to hold the Tract or parcell of Land and premisses with all & every of the appurtenances thereto belonging for Ever to the Only proper use of him the said Rob.t Johnson his heirs (and) |
