(302)    S.t Marys County fs   March the 8.th 1727   Then Came
             William Maria Farthing party to the within Deed &
             acknowledged the same to be his Act and Deed and the
             Land & premises therein mentioned to be the Right
             of the within Names Nicholas Lowe his heirs and
             assigns for Ever and likewise Anne the Wife of the said
             William Maria Farthing being by us the subscribers two
             of his Lordships Justices of the peace for S.t Mary.s County
             within mentioned privately Examined out of y.e hearing
             of the said William Maria acknowledged and freely gave
             up all her right and Title of Dower of and In the within
             Land & premisses with their & Every of their appurtenances
             unto the said Nicholas Lowe his heirs & assigns
             and that she did the same freely & Voluntarely and
             without being thereto Compelled by the threats or
             Compulsion of her said Husband or through fear of his
             Displeasure
