(292) x.d  This Indenture made the fifth day of February in y.e
                Year of our Lord God seventeen hundred Twenty Twenty Eight
                Between Henry Evans of Kent County in the province of
                Maryland Gent of the one part & Ariana Bordley of the
                City of Annapolis in Annarundle County Widdow of the other
                part Witnesseth that whereas that by a Certain Indenture
                of Tripartite made the sixteenth day of November in y.e
                Year of our Lord One Thousand seven hundred & Twenty
                & One between Sarah Massey Widdow the Relict of Samuel
                Massey late of the City of Philladelphia in the province
                of Pensilvania Tallow Chandler deceased & Execut.x
                of his Last will and Testament of the first part Onion
                Williams of the said City Gent of the second part and
                Henry Evans of the said City Merchant of the Third part
                the said Sarah Massey for the Consideration Mentioned
                In the aforesaid Deed (and by & with the Consent & advice
                of the said Onion Williams Testifide by his sealling
                and Delivery of the aforesaid Deed being Made a party
                thereunto) did Grant bargain sell alien Enfeoff
                Release & Confirm unto the said Henry Evans & to his
                heirs & assignes all that Tract or parcell of Land
                Called Bright Helinstone (now scituate lying & being
                in Kent County and Province of Maryland) beginning
                at a Corner Markes Pock Hickory standing on the south
                side of Choptank Road and near the head of a Branch
                Belonging to sassafrax River Called the Mill Branch &
                Running from the said Tree south East Four hundred perches
                then with a Lyne Drawn North East Four Hundred
                Perches & from thence with a Lyne Drawn North West
                Four hundred perches and from thence with a Lyne
                Drawn to y.e aforementioned Pock Hickory Containing
                and Laid out for One Thousand Acres more or Less as is
                by y.e Af.d Recited Deed Referance being thereunto had
                May More fully and at Large appear now this present
