(30)      Province afforesd Merchant of the other Part Wittnesseth
             that the s.d Henry Fitch for and in Consideration of
             the the sum of Thirty five Pounds sterling Money of
             Great Brittain to him in ^hand^ Allready Paid by him the s.d
             Richard Snowden let or before the Ensealing & Delivery
             of the Receipt Whereof he the s.d Henry Fitch Doth
             Hereby Acknowledge and himself therewith
             to be fully sattisfyed content & Paid & therof doth
             fully Quit Exonerate & Discharge the s.d Richard Snowden
             his heirs & assigns for Ever Hath Give Granted Bargand
             & sold alined Enfeoffed and Confirmed & by these Presents
             Doth Give grant bargain sell alien Enffeof & Confirm
             unto the s.d Richard Snowden his heirs & assignes for       
             Ever Two certain percels or tracts of Land one called
             Jiames's Choice & the other Called Cheneys beginning
             the First bought of Richard Jiames & the other
             of Jestmone Barwell scituated & lying in Prince Georges
             County on the West side of the Maine North Branch
             of Patuxent River Begining at a bounded Hiccory
             standing by the Main North Branch of the s.d River
             where stood a bounded Live Oak and Runing thence
             Up the s.d River North west & by North sixty two
             perches to a bounded Burch standing in a Pecossen
             by the s.d Branch side then south southwest one hundred
             Eighty two perches to a Draft of the s.d Maine Branch
             Called the long Meddow then bounding on the s.d Draft
             Runing Downe East by south sixty two perches to a
             stooping white oak standing by the s.d Draft side Then
             East one hund.d Eighty ^Eight^ perches to a bounded oak standing
             by the affores.d Main Branch side Then Bounding
             on and w.th the s.d Main Branch to the Beginning Tree
             containing one Hundred and Thirty Acres be the
             same more or Less Together with the ^all^ trees & timber
