(282)    James's Inspection Both beginning at a locust post now sett up in
             the place where the Markt Hiccory the first bounded Tree
             of the said land was proved to stand being on the East side
             of Steelpone Bay now in said Kent County standing on
             the Beach Near the Mouth of a Creek Called steel Pone
             Creek by a point at the of the Beach Respecting the
             Land of George Gouldsmith now in posession of William
             Jones & Running on at several Courses down Steelpone
             Bay and up the maine bay and followeth first North West
             be West Twenty two perches thence North North West
             Twenty five perches thence North Forty two perches thence
             North by West Thirty four perches then North West by North
             Twenty six perches thence north West by West Thirty Eight
             perches thence North WEst by North Twenty two perches
             Thence North Eight Degrees East forty Eight perches to the
             second Tree of William Stone standing on the Top of the
             Bank by the Bay side thence North by East forty perches
             thence North East be North Ninety perches thence North East
             be East Twenty six perches thence East North East sixteen perches
             thence East by North sixteen perches thence East North East
             sixty perches thence North sixty Degrees East one hundred &
             four perches thence East North East one hundred and Two
             perches to a Mark.t Gumm being the first bounded Tree of
             Howells Addition standing on the North side of a pond
             Called the Little pond and Running thence South Three
             Hundred and Twenty perches thence North East by East
             One hundred and seventy perches thence North One hundred
             and Eighteen perches thence East One hundred and Fifty &
             seven perches thence South South East sixty two perches
             thence West Eighty Nine perches thence South One hundred
             and Forty six perches thence South West & by West One
             hundred & forty four perches thence West Eight Degrees
             North One hundred and seven perches thence West South
             West unto the first beginning at the mouth of steelpond
             Creeke Containing and now resurveyd and laid out
             for Eight hundred and Eighty acres now Called Blay Parke
