Lyne Drawn south from the End of y.e East North East Lyne Two hundred & Fifty perches on the South by a Line drawn West South West to the first markt hiccory on the West by the Bay Containing and laid out for five hundred acres Granted to the said William Yapp the second Tract Called Tames Inspection layed Out in Cecill County now in said Kent County Granted to John Tames the 10.th day of March 1694 beginning at a Mark.t hiccory standing at the Mouth of steelpone Creek and running from the said Hiccory North West & by North Westerly twenty perches then North west and by west half Westerly fourty Two perches from thence North one quarter Westerly fourty and four perches thence North North West fifty perches then North West half Westerly fourty two perches thence North sixty two perches thence North & by West fourteen perches thence North North East Eighty six perches thence a right line to the first Tree & Exprest to Contain Forty seven Acres of Land more or less, The Third Called Howell Addition Granted To Nathaniel Howell the 12 day of June 1688 to Lay in Cecill County now in said Kent County Adjoyning to that Tract of land whereon he now Dwelleth beginning at a Markt Gumm Tree standing by the little pond being a bounded Tree of a Tract of Land Called the pond and running thence South South West one Degree Thirty Minutes Westerly forty perches to the said land whereon the said Howell now Dwelleth & thence running with the said Land West South West Three hundred & Twenty perches to a bounded Chesnut Oak of the said Land by the Bay side thence running up the bay North be East Eight Degrees & Forty five Minutes East Eighteen perches thence North East be North seven Degrees & fifteen Minutes East Twenty perches thence East North East five degrees and Thirty Minutes East Ninety six perches thence north East & be East ^five degrees and forty five Minutes East Ninety per.s thence North East be East^ seven Degrees & fortty five Minutes East forty six perches thence East North East Two Degrees & Thirty Minutes East Thirty four perches thence north East be East five Degrees & Forty five Minutes East forty five perches to the first Tree laid out for forty acres more or less I his Lordships surveyor Kent County to whom the said Warrant is Directed have for and in the Name of the said William Blay Resurveyed the aforesaid Tract of Land in manner following that is to say William Stone (and) |
