(280) On the Back of the aforegoing Indenture is Thus
Indorsed Viz.t July the 9.th 1728 Then Reced full Sattisfaction for the Consideration Money within Mentioned Witness my hand the day and year above Mentioned Jos George Then Came before me one of his Lordships Justices of the Provintiall Court the within Mentioned Joshua George and acknowledged the within Deed and the Land and Premisses therein Granted and Sold to be the Right and Estate of Doctor Charles Carroll according to the Act of Assembly in that Case made and provided July the 10.th 1728 Benjamin Tasker Recorded the 11.th day of July 1728 x.d March the 26.th day 1715 These are to Certifye that by virtue of a Special Warrant Granted out of his Lordships Land Office to William Blay of Kent County bearing date the Twenty fifth day of January last past to resurvey Three severall Tracts of Land lying in said Kent County and to adjoin to itt any vacant land that should be found to Lay Contaignant thereon to y.e Originall surveyor of the three Tracts being as followed the First Tract William Stone Granted the 4 day of September 1659 to one William Yapp of Baltemore County now in Kent County for five Hundred Acres beginning at a Mark.d pock hiccory standing on the East side of Stealpone Bay on the Beach near the Mouth of a Creek & running for Bredth out of Steelpone Bay & running downe the main Bay North Two Hundred and Fifty perches to a Mark.t Chesnut oak standing upon the Top of the Bank by the Bay side bounding on the North by a Lyne Drawn East North East Three (Hundred) |
