(271)    One Hundred and Thirty perches and from the End of the
             North and by East Lyne by a Line Drawn North west
             for Length Two hundred and Forty Five perches and from
             the End of the North West Lyne by a Lyne drawn south &
             by West to a Branch then Bounding on the said Branch
             to the First Bounded Tree Contained and laid out for Two
             Hundred Acres more or less and all that Tract or parcell
             of Land Called Gills outlett Granted to the said Jn.o Gill
             in usual form and which becamse the Estate & Inheritance
             of the said Stephen Gill by the means afd lying in
             Baltemore County aforesaid beginning at a bounded
             White Oak and a small Dogwood standing Close together
             at the End of the north West Line of a Tract of Land
             Called Black Walnutt neck and running from the said Trees
             North East One hundred Twenty four perches then North
             Forty Eight Degrees and a half West sixty perches then
             North Seventy Eight degrees West Two Hundred perches then
             with a streight Line to the beginning Tree Containing
             and Laid out for One hundred acres of Land more or less
             Together with all Buildings Improvements profits
             advantages and appurtenancees to the said Two Tracts
             of Land and Each of them belonging or appertaining
             To have and to hold the said Two Tracts of Land &
             Premisses with the appurtenances to him the said Charles
             Carroll his heirs and assigns for ever And the said Stephen
             Gill for himself his heirs Executors and Administrators
             Doth Covenant Grant and Agree to and with the said Charles
             Carroll his heirs and assigns that we ^he^ and they shall and
             may from time to time and at all times hereafter
             peacably have hold possess and Enjoy the said Two Tracts
             of Land and premisses with the appurtenances without any
             Lett hinderance or Disturbance of him the said Stephen
             Gill or his heirs or any other person Claiming from by or
             under him or them and that he the said Stephen hath not
             Committed or done any Act or thing whereby to Charge or
             Incumber the said Two Tracts of Land or any part or parcel
