(269) Obtaining & Discharging of the same as
shall be Needfull to be done giveing & by these presents Granting unto my said Attorney my full and absolute power in y.e premisses Ratefying & holding Firme all and Whatsoever my said Attorney shall Lawfully do or Cause to be done in or about the premisses by virtue of these presents in Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand & seale the Twenty Eighth Day of November in y.e First Year of the reign of Our Sovereign Lord George the Second by the Grace of God of Great Britain France & Ireland King Defender of y.e Faith &c Anno Dom 1727 Daniel Maude seale Sealed and Delivered being first duly Stampt in y.e Presence of John Heaton Hugh Gillespie Jn.o Shorter Recorded y.e 5.th day of July 1728 On the back of the aforegoing power of attorney was thus Indorst Viz.t This 1.st day July 1728 Came John Shorter & Hugh Gillespie before me the subscriber and made oath that y.e said Daniel Maude signed sealled & Deliver this his power of attorney to Sam.ll Hewitt (M.r Jn.o Watkins pays fees) William Lock |
