(268) Taken and acknowledged before us Two of his
Lordships Justices of Baltemore County Tho Tolley Will Buckner Recorded the 5.th of July 1728 x.d Know all men by these presents that I Daniel Mauder of London Merchant have made Ordained Constitute & appointed & by these presents do make ordain constitute and appoint Samuell Hewett of London Merchant now bound on a Voyage to Maryland my true & lawfull Attorney for me & in my Name & for my own use to aske Demand and Receive of all & every person and persons whatsoever which are now any ways Indebted to me all and Every sum and sums of Money Goods and Effects whatsoever due owing and Coming to me from them or any or either of them and also that the said Sam.ll Hewett shall and may substitute any other person or persons to be my attorney in his place and stead if he shall think fitt, & upon non payment of the said sums the said Person & persons & every of them their and Every of their Executors or Administrators for me and in my Name to sue arrest Imprison impleade & procecute for the same & upon such suite to proceed to judgment and Execution & thereupon the said Person & persons & every of them their & every of their Executors & Administrators in Person to hold and Recp untill payment thereof be made with all Costs & Damages sustained & to be sustained by Ocation of the Detaining of the same & upon payment thereof & every of their Executors and Administrators Forth of Pryson to Discharge & acquittances for the same or any part thereof for me & in my name to make seal & Deliver & also to do performe & Execute all & every other Lawfull & Reasonable Acts & things whatsoever both for Obtaining |
