(267) Administrators &c or either of them the
said Tract or parcell of Land Called Hoggs Norton with its premisses & appurtenances unto the said George Walker his heirs and assigns will for ever hereafter warrant and Defend from any person or Persons whatsoever Claiming or hereafter to Claim the same and that he the said James Moore & his heirs Executors administrators shall and will at any time to Come Execute and Acknowledge any other Deed pursuant to the Intent and true Meaning hereof, provided it be at the Proper Charges of the said George Walker his heirs and assignes, provided Nevertheless & it is the true intent and Meaning of the above written Deed, that the said James Moore, his heirs Executors Administrators or any of them shall have full power, right, & Liberty to redeem y.e said Tract of Land Called Hoggs Norton by paying y.e said sume of Thirty three pounds & one shilling Current Money with the Lawfull Intrest thereof ^and that upon paym.t of the same with the Lawfull Interest thereof^ within the space of one full year, after the Date of these presents the said Hoggs Norton shall Imediatly return to be the right and Estate of the said James Moore & his heirs for Ever In Witness Whereof the said James Moore hath hereunto set his Hand and affixed his seal the day & year above Written James Moore seale Sealed and Delivered in Pressence of Will Buckner Tho Sheredine On the back of the aforegoing Decd was thus Indorst viz.t Memorandum that on the Ninth day of June Anno 1728 Came James Moore party to the within Deed & acknowledged the Within Land & premisses therein Mentiond to be y.e right of the Within Named George Walker his heirs & assignes for ever according to Act of Assembly in that Case made & provided taken |
