(266)    This Indenture made the Ninth day of June Anno Dom
             1728 between James Moore of Baltemore County in y.e Province
             of Maryland Cordwinder of the one part and George Walker
             of the County & Province aforesaid Chirurgeon of the other part
             Witneseth that the said James Moore for & in Consideration
             of the sume of Thirty Three pounds one shilling Current
             Money of the Province aforesaid to him in hand paid the
             receipt whereof he doth hereby acknowledge hath bargained
             and sold as by these presents he doth bargain sell alien
             Confirme & make over unto the said George Walker his heirs &
             Assigns for ever all that tract of Land Called Hoggs Norton
             being part of a Larger Tract of Land Called Roberts's Forest
             Great Falls of Gunpowder River begining at two Bounded
             Poplars near a Small Run decending into Petersons Runn
             & running thence sundry Courses till it Contains Five hundred
             Acres of Land more or less as by the patent thereof Dated y.e
             10.th day of January 1705 relation there unto being had more
             at Large may appear out of which Tract the above named
             Hoggs Norton is Laid out begining at a bounded Red Oak
             standing at the End of the North North West Lyne of y.e said
             Roberts Forrest & running thence (with the west Lyne of the
             said Forrest) West one hundred and Twenty perches to a
             Bounded white Oak then North West by west Fifty Two
             Perches to two bounded Red Oaks of the aforesaid Land then
             North by East one hundred and Twenty perches Then East
             Eight degrees south seventy six perches to Wilmotts Choice then
             with Willmotts Choice south south East one hundred and
             Fifty perches to the First bounded Red Oak laid out from
             Hundred Acres of Land more or Less together with all rights
             profits, Improvements, Benefits, privilidges, & appurtenances
             thereto belonging to have & to hold the said Tract or parcell
             of Land Called Hoggs Norton, with the premisses thereon &
             & appurtenances thereto belonging unto the said George Walker
             his heirs & assigns for ever, & to his & their sole proper use
             for himself his heirs Executors & Administrators Covenant
             and Agree to & with the said George Walker his heirs and
             Assignes that he the said James Moore & his heirs Executors
                                                                         Administrators
