(252)    That they the said William Apsley & Tabitha his Wife
             is the true & Lawfull owners of the premises and at the
             Ensealing & Delivery of these presents are Lawfully
             Seazed to the use of them there heirs & assigns for ever
             and that they have full power good right and Lawfull
             Authority to Grant Bargin & Sell the premises w.th
             Every part thereof unto him the said Bartholomew
             Millhues his heirs and assigns for ever & further
             that the said Land and every part thereof is now Free
             from all Manner of form Gifts Grants joynters
             Dow.rs fines Rents & arrerages of Rents whatsoever y.e
             Rents and services which are or shall become Due to y.e
             Lord or Lords of the fee in respect of his senioritie
             only Excepted and foreprized and also that the said Will.m
             Apsley & Tabitha his Wife their heirs Executors & Admin.trs
             shall and will at y.e proper Cost ^&^ Charges in y.e Law of him
             the said Bartholomew Millhues his heirs or assigns
             Make any Further assurance of the premises or his
             or there Councill Learned in y.e Law shall Reasonabley
             advise or Direct & further y.e s.d William Apsley and
             Tabitha his Wife doe for themselves their heirs Exec.trs
             & Admin.strs Covenant to & with the said Bartholomew
             Millhues his heirs & assigns That they shall & may
             from hence forth Lawfully & Quietly have hold
             Posses and Enjoy all the said parcell of Land with y.e
             prmises Thereunto belonging & also may recieve
             The Rents profitts & issues of the same from time to
             Time to the only use of him the said Bartholomew
             Millhues his heirs and assigns for ever without the
             Least Disturbance of Resistance of them the said
             William Apsley and Tabitha his Wife their heirs
             Exec.trs or Admin.tra or of any other person or persons
             Whatsoever in Confirmation Whereof the said William
             Apsley and Tabitha his Wife have subscribed their
             Names and Fixed there seales the day & year above
             Written
