(251)    Witnesseth that they the said William Apsley and Tabitha
             his Wife for and in Consideration of the Quantity of
             Ninety and five Acres of Land lying and being in Kent
             County in said Province Bounding according to Pattent
             called and known by the name of Nowels Adventure co^n^veyed
             secured or made over by Mich.ll Miller sen.r of Kent County
             In said province for & in sattisfacon whereof the said William
             Apsley & Tabitha his Wife for themselves their heires
             Exec.rs and assigns have granted barganed sold enfeoffed
             and confirmed & do by these presents give grant bargin
             sell enfeoff and confirm unto him the said Bartholomew
             Millhuse his heirs or assigns for ever all that Tract
             or parsell of Land called the Forrest Containing Two
             Hundred Acres more or less lying and being in Baltemore
             County in the province aforesaid and on the Head of
             Creek ^called^ Salt Peter Creek in y.e said County of Baltemore
             Beginning at a bounded Read Oak standing at y.e head
             of the said Creek and Running North & by East Two
             Hundred & Fifty perches parallel with a parcell of Land
             called Ebenez.r Clark then Running West and by North
             One Hundred and Thirty perches & thence running
             south & by west Two Hundred and Fifty perches to a
             Bounded White Oake standing by a swamp lastly
             Running with a Direct Line to the first Bounded Tree
             containg as aforesaid Two Hundred Acres of Land more
             or less which said Land formerly Did belong to Edward
             Douse & Emanuel Cecly and conveyed from them the s.d
             Edward & Emanuel To William Deane of y.e County of Kent
             in the said province of Maryland (as by a Deed of Conveyance
             bearing Date the seventh Day of June in the
             year One Thousand six Hundred Eighty & seven will make
             appear) and bequethed by the said William Dean in his
             Last Will & Testament to his Daughter Tabitha above
             Named the now Wife of William Apsley which said
             Barganed premises Together with all Woods and Woods
             Trees Timb.r Trees and Wabridg free Egress & Regress from
             and unto the same as also all other profitts Previlidges
             and appurtanances whatsoever to the said parsell of Land
             or any part thereof belonging or in any wise appertaining
             To have and To hold the said parcell of Land with all the
             privalidges thereunto belonging unto the said Bartho
             Millhuse his heirs & assigns for Ever & the said William
             Apsley & Tabitha his Wife do for themselves their
             heirs Executors & Administra do covenant in Manner
             & Form Following
