             Indenture Wittnesseth that y.e s.d Charles Diggs in pursuance
             of y.e authority Given and Granted by y.e s.d Notly Rozer in and
             by y.e Codicill afd and in consideration of Ten pounds sterl to
             Elizabeth Rozer Executrix of y.e last will & Testament of y.e
             s.d Notly in hand paid as per her Receipt on y.e Back hereof
             Hath Given Granted Bargained and sold as by these
             presents he y.e s.d Charles Diggs doth hereby in as full and ample
             Manner to all intents and purposes as he is authorized by y.e
             Codicill afd Absolutely Give Grant Bargain See Alien Enfeoffe
             Confirm and Make Over unto y.e s.d Michael Taylor his Heirs
             and Assigns for Ever all that y.e afd one hundred Acres of Land
             part of y.e Tract of Land Called Elizabeths Delight as afd
             according to y.e me^e^tes and bounds expressed in y.e Patent afd
             Together w.th all and singular y.e Improvements Conveniencyes
             and Advantages to y.e afd parcell of Land belonging or in any
             ways appeartaining to y.e only proper use and Behoofe of
             y.e said Michael Taylor his heirs and assigns And to no other
             Use Intent or purpose whatsoever To Have and to Hold y.e
             afd one hundred Acres of Land part of y.e Tract of Land called
             Elizabeths Delight as afd Together w.th all and singular y.e
             premises unto him y.e s.d Michael Taylor his heirs & assignes
             for ever And y.e s.d Charles Diggs doth covenant promise
             Grant & agree to and w.th y.e s.d Michael Taylor his heirs &
             assignes That he y.e s.d Charles shall signe seale Deliver
             and Legally Execute at any time w.thin seven years
             from y.e Date hereof on reasonable Request Made
             to the said Charles and at the Cost and Charge
