223 hath hereunto Interchangeably Sett his hand and affixed
his Seale the day and year first above Written Signed Sealed and Delivered in the presence of the word following being first Interlined viz.t the two Nicholas Ridgley first Tracts lying and the last parcell of Land lying in Ann.ll Co.ty Joh Beale Tho.s Worthington On the back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Endorst Received of Charles Worthington the sume of one hundred pounds Ster money of grate Brittain being in full for the Consideration money within menconed as Wittness my hand this seventeenth day of May 1727 Wittness present John Beale Nicholas Ridgley Tho.s Worthington Memorandum Two of the within Tracts of Land viz.t Ridgleys Range and Hunting Ground was originally Granted unto the within named Nich.o ^Ridgley^ the other tract or parcell of Land within mentioned as part of a Tract of Land called Broken Land originally granted unto Henery Ridgley and Tho.s Worthington which was Conveyed by s.d Henery Ridgley to the af.d Nich.o Ridgley out of his his part of said tract as p the said Pattents and Deed Referance being thereto had may more fully and at Large appear Memorandum that this day to wit the seventeenth day of May Seventeen hundred and twenty seven Came the within named Nich.o Ridgley party to the within Deed and acknowledged the same as his Act and Deed and the Land and premises therein contained to be the Right and Estate of the within Names Charles Worthington his heirs Assignes for ever according to the true intent and meaning of the said Deed and the Act of Assembly in such cases made and provided Taken and Acknowledged before me the subscriber one of his Lordships Justices of the Provinciall Court of Maryland the day and year above written John Smith |
