222    the bounds af.d all which said three Tracts or parcells of Land hereby intended
          to be Sold by these present Containes within the bounds aforementioned seven
          hundred and three acres of Land more or Less Together with all and singular
          the houses Edificies buildings pastures Orchards Cornfields fences Trees woods
          waters Convenianceys and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any ways
          appertaining or with the same held use occupied or Enjoyed or accepted
          Reputed or taken as part parcell or Member thereof and the Reversion
          & Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents Isues and profits thereof
          and also all the Estate Right Title Interest use possession claim and
          demand whatsoever of him the said Nich.o Ridgley of in and to the said
          Land and premises hereby granted or intended to be hereby granted to
          him the said Charles Worthington his heirs and assignes for ever To
          have and To hold all the af.d Three Tracts or parcells of Land hereby
          intended to be sold by these p.rsents and promises with the Appurtenances
          thereunto belonging or in any ways appertaining unto him the said
          Charles Worthington his heirs and Assignes for ever To the only use and
          behoof of him the said Charles Worthington his heirs and Assignes for
          ever and to none other use intent or purpose whatsoever And the said
          Nich.o Ridgley for himself his heirs Ex.rs and Adm.rs and every of them
          Doth further Covenant promise grant and agree to and with the said
          Charles Worthington his heirs and assignes that he the said Nich.o
          Ridgley and his heirs shall and will from time to time and at all
          times hereafter Warrant and for ever Defend to the said Charles
          Worthington his heirs and assignes for ever all them the above mentioned
          three tracts or parcells of Land and premises with the Appurtenances
          hereby intended to be sold by these p.rsents as well
          from and against him the said Nich.o Ridgley his heirs and Assignes
          for ever as against all and all manner of persons whatsoever
          claiming or to claim any Right Title Interest or property out of
          or in the same by from or under him them or any person whatsoever
          And the said Nich.o Ridgley for himself and his heirs doth further
          Covenant promise grant and agree to and with the said Charles
          Worthington his heirs and assignes that he the said Nich.o Ridgley
          and his heirs shall and will at any time hereafter at the Request
          and Charge of the Law of him the said Charles Worthington his heirs
          or Assignes Do make Execute or cause to be made Done or Executed
          any further or other Deed or Deeds as the Councill Learned in the Law
          of the said Charles Worthington shall advice or devise for the Shure and
          more firm makeing the abovesaid Land and premises with
          their Appurtenances over to the said Charles Worthington his heirs
          and Assignes for ever In Wittness whereof the said Nich.o Ridgley
