Confirmed and by these presents Do Freely Fully and Absolutely Give Grant Enfeoff and Conform unto the s.d Rich.d Hall Doct.r all those Four severall Tracts of Land hereinafter Described on^e^ of y.e said Tracts (called or known by the name of Pearch Meadow) scituate on the East side of Chesepiake Bay on a Creek called Fendalls Creek and on the North side of y.e Eastern branch of y.e said Creek in Baltemore County in y.e s.d province of Maryland Begins at a Marked poplar standing by y.e side of y.e said Branch near y.e head and runing from thence y.e s.d poplar for breadth North ninty perches to a marked white oak standing in y.e woods by y.e side of a pocoson bounding on y.e s.d Oake by a Line drawn East for length five hundred thirty three perches and a third part of a perch bounding on y.e East by a line drawn West unto y.e first bounded tree Containing and Laid out for three hundred acres more or less one other of y.e said Tracts (called or known by y.e Name of Mannering Hall) lying in Cecill County (in y.e s.d Province of Maryland) at y.e head of Bohemiah River at y.e comon landing of y.e Cart Road to Appoquinimy Begins at a Marked red oak standing upon y.e point of that Fork which makes y.e landing neck and runing up y.e North branch East five hundred thirty three perches & y.e third part of a perch to a marked Oake Then w.th a line of marked trees two Hundred and forty perches to a Marked red oake standing in y.e woods on y.e south side of y.e south branch Then w.th a streight line to y.e first bounded oak containing and laid out for four hundred acres of land more or less another of y.e s.d Tracts called or known by y.e Name of Ma^i^denhead lying in Capt.n Johns Creek in Elk River in Cecill County in Maryland afd Begins at a marked Maple tree standing on y.e south East side of y.e said creek by y.e side of a large Marsh near y.e mouth of a small branch & runing cross y.e s.d Branch up y.e af.d Capt.n Johns Creek for bredth North East sixty perches to a Marked white oak standing in a low point by y.e creek side Then from y.e s.d white oak w.th a line drawn south East five Hundred thirty three perches and y.e third part of a perch into y.e woods for length Then from y.e |
