(206) with the River Two hundred acres of Land with
all and singular the rights and appurtenances woods and underwoods to the same belonging To have and to hold the said Lands with every part and parcell thereof unto the said Thomas Wells his heirs Execu.rs Adm.rs and Assigns and y.e said Nathaniell Rigbe for himself his heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs and assignes do Covenant promise and Grant to and agree w.th the said Thomas Wells his heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs and Assignes That he may have hold possess and enjoy all and singular y.e before granted Land and premises and every part and parcell Thereof unto the said Thomas Wells as af.d and the said Nathaniell Rigbe for himself his heirs Ex.rs Admini.rs and Assignes Do further Covenant promise & grant to and w.th the said Thomas Wells his heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs and Assignes That the s.d Lands and Tenements above mentioned to be sold and every part thereof shall be remain and continue to the said Thomas Wells his heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs and Assignes free and Clearly Acquitted of and from all former bargains sails joyntures leases Executions Rents or arrears of Rents or Ararges of Rents or Judgments by him suffered whatsoever also him the said Thomas Wells his heirs and Ex.rs Adm.rs and Assignes shall and may from time to time henceforth and for ever peaceably and quietly have hold possess and injoy the said Lands and Tenements and every part and parcell Thereof without any Letter Trouble Interruption or Contradiction of him the said Nathaniell Rigbe his heirs and Assignes Exec.rs Adm.rs and Assignes or of or from any other person or persons Whatsoever and that every part and parcell thereof shall be and remain and be taken and Esteemed to be & ensure to him y.e s.d Thomas Wells his heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs and assignes as Wittness my hand and seal y.e day and year above Written Signed Sealed and Delivered in y.e presence of us James Weems Joseph Lane Nat Rigbie seal On the back of the aforegoing Deed is thus Indorst Maryland fs Mem.m That on y.e 22.d Day of Feb.ry Anno Dom.r 1726/7 Came before me the subscriber of of his Lordships Justices of the Provinciall Court the within named Nathaniell Rigbie and acknowledged the w.thin Deed According to Law and at the same time came Cassandra the wife of the said Nathan who being privatly Exam.d out of y.e Hearing of her s.d Husband Acknowledged she did freely and spontaniously Resigne Relinquish and give up all her right and Title and Intrest to the within Land and premises w.thout any Threats or fear of her s.d Husband William Lock Record.d 5 of May |
