200    will warrant and for ever Defend by these presents And the said
          James Nutthall for himself his heirs Executors and Administrators
          doth hereby Covenant promise grant and agree to and with the said
          Walter Hall his heirs and Assignes and every of them in manner and
          form following that is to say that he the said James Nutthall at the
          time of the ensealing and delivery of these presents is and untill a
          good pure perfect and absolute estate of Inheritance of all and singular
          the before granted premises and every part thereof shall be lawfully
          vested settled and Executed in and upon the said Walter Hall and his heirs
          according to the true meaning of these presents shall remaine continue
          and be Seized of and in the said parcell of Land and all and Singular other
          the premises in and by these presents granted bargained and sold with
          their Appurtences of a good pure perfect and absolute estate of Inheritance
          in Fee Simple without any condition reversion remainder or limitation
          of any use or uses estate or Estates in or to any person or persons
          whatsoever to alter Change defeate determine or make void the same
          And that the said James Nutthall at the time of the making and
          Ensealing of these presents hath full power good right and lawfull
          Authority to grant Bargain ^Sell^ and Convey all and singular the before
          hereby granted or mentioned to be granted premises with their and
          every of their appurtences unto the said Walter Hall his heirs and
          Assignes in manner & form as afs.d And that he the said Walter Hall
          his heirs and assignes and every of them shall and may by force and
          virtue of these presents from time to time and at all times for ever
          hereafter lawfully peaceably and quietly have hold use occupy possess
          and enjoy the said parcell of Land and all other the bargained p.rmises
          with the Appurtences and have receive and take the Rents issues
          and proffits thereof to his and their ^own^ proper use and behoofe for
          ever without any lawfull lett sute trouble deniall interruption
          eviction or disturbance of the same James Nutthall his heirs or
          Assignes or of any other person or persons whatsoever ^lawfully^ claiming
          by from or under him them or any of them or by his or their
          means Act consent title the af interest privileg or procurement
          In Wittness whereof the parties first above named have hereunto
          interchangeably sett their hands and seales the day and
