194    Burrages old field & from thence to George Wrights outward
          line & so in to y.e woods to S.t Inagoes Mannor being by Estimation
          one thousand acres be it more or less together w.th all &
          singular the Rights Benefitts Members Jurisdictions Priviledges
          & Profitts thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining
          To have and To hold y.e said percell or tract of Land
          & all & singular the before bargained premises unto him the
          said James Nuthall his heirs and assignes for ever & the said
          John Nutthall for himself his heirs Executors & Administ.rs
          Doth hereby Covenant & Grant to and w.th the said James Nutthall
          his heirs and assignes y.t he y.e s.d John Nuthall his heirs
          Executors and Administ.rs y.e s.d percell or tract of Land and
          all other the Bargained p.rmises unto him the said James
          Nutthall his heirs and assignes against all manner of
          pson or psons w.tsoever claiming by from under him them
          or any of them shall & will for ever hereafter Warrant &
          Defend by these presents and further y.e said John Nutthall
          his heirs and assignes shall & will from time to time and
          at all times hereafter Dureing the space of seven years at y.e
          Request and at y.e Proper Costs & Charges in the Law of him y.e
          said James Nutthall his heirs and assignes make doe Execute
          and Suffer or Cause to be made done Executed or Suffered all &
          every such further and other Act or Acts thing or things Device
          or Devices Assurance or Assurances w.tsoever Requisit in y.e
          premises for y.e better assureing & more sure making of y.e Bargained
          p.rmises unto him the said James Nutthall his heirs &
          assignes for ever be it by Enrolment of these presents Fine
          Feoffment or otherwise or by any others such Lawfull waies
          or means as by him the said James Nutthall his heirs or
          assignes or his or their Councill Learned in the Law shall be
          reasonably devised advised or required In Wittness whereof
          the parties to these presents have hereunto Interchangeably
          sett to their hands & seales y.e day and year above written
